Considering the large number of registrations and the massive traffic on our website www.trophee_updesign.com, The closing date for registering and for submitting projects is pushed back to 8 October 2008 for the last time.

It implies that :

• The online platform will not be accessible any more from the 9 October,
• All the files which have been sent by post after the 8 October (11.59 pm) will be refused.
  

You can submit your project in 3 ways:

• By uploading your project files to the online platform at www.trophee-updesign.com.
• If you’re the size of your file doesn’t exceed 5 Mo, you could send directly to Rénald Lafarge (renald.lafarge@poleenfant.fr).
• By sending your full project file to the following address:

Remember, your project application must include:

• The title of the proposed project;
• A summary document (10 pages max.) describing the entire project and the creation process (starting point, objectives, execution, functioning, funding, etc.);
• Maximum of 5 visuals showing the project (accepted formats: jpg / gif / pdf / eps).
  

Projects sent in by post should be recorded on a CD. Candidates may also create prototypes of their project and send them by post with their completed application.
